Well it is official; I have a shop where I can bring my vehicles and not worry how it is going to go. We moved to AZ. a year ago. Full time resident. This will be the first time I have had to pay regular retail prices to get my car fixed in the last 40 years. Boy does that take some getting used to. I have always had a job in the automotive field. I have either worked in a station pumping gas ( it was 23 cents a gallon for premium full service too) or fixing a tire. Auto parts store, always had a select group of shops who gave me a big discount. Then the last twenty plus years in Minnesota where I owned a 10 bay repair center. once I get past the shock of someone wanting me to separate myself from some cash I have i am doing good. Before we moved I replaced every part that was close to being bad. Every dirty fluid had to go. So got to say I searched around quite a bit before I decided to come to Wilhelm's. I like the way they run their business. I have worked with Dave and Mike and have had great results. I have worked with Mike three times now. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had NO high pressure sales tactics just the facts. Something is needing replacement or everything is in good shape. They run their place much like I ran mine. I am sure somewhere down the line we will disagree about something. May even get mad at them. I do think I could still talk to someone about my issue and get it resolved fairly. Think about it! What else could you ask for. Keep up the solid attitude and business practices. I like it!
They always provide prompt and excellent service at a price that is fair (considerably below dealership prices). Their facilities are not grimy and unpleasant.
They are honest, fair and timely. They explain everything very thoroughly.
I came in for a basic oil change and to have them inspect an oil leak as well. Well unfortunately the problem they found was significant BUT they really worked with with me not only to get it fixed the same day but also to make it as affordable as they could for me. Mike was patient with all my questions and gave the absolute best customer service in such an unpleasant situation. Me and my family will never take our vehicles anywhere else for service again and I strongly recommend these guys!
I needed the break lights replaced on my Fiat 500. I called Wilhelm in Surprise, to see if they work on Fiats and they told me to bring my car in that day and they would replace my lights. I was very pleased with their customer service and their work. I will go back if I need my car worked on.
